Ranch Jestřebice is the perfect place to host a wedding in the stunning natural setting of Czech Siberia. Every wedding and celebration is prepared with care and a personal approach. Here, you will have more time for yourself and your guests, while we make sure everything is perfect and exactly as you imagined.
We host weddings for 30 to 150 guests. The main wedding area is our stylish outdoor venue by the cowboy saloon, featuring a bar, an 80 m² music stage, outdoor tap, serving kitchen, smokehouse, outdoor grill with fire pit, and a brand-new wedding barn with seating for up to 150 guests. For winter weddings, we also offer the restaurant in our guesthouse with a capacity of 60 people.
We can accommodate up to 53 guests on-site, and if more capacity is needed, we can arrange additional accommodation in nearby guesthouses or offer the option of camping.
Beautiful surroundings
The ranch is surrounded by beautiful nature, making your wedding an unforgettable experience not only for you but also for your guests. Our staff will take great care of you, and thanks to the ranch’s location, you can celebrate until the early morning hours. We will prepare a tailor-made menu including a buffet according to your wishes. We offer only the best from Czech farmers, including our Rancherské Speciality — premium smoked meats and quality homemade dishes.

Our offer includes the ceremony, diverse gastronomic services, a rich program, a great party, and fantastic accommodation.
Wedding arches in the meadow, accommodation in the guesthouse, luxury log cabin or apartment, a restaurant with a hall in case of bad weather, and beautiful spots for the most stunning wedding photos. We provide a wide range of wedding decorations, which are included in the venue rental along with wedding day coordination.
We can also recommend trusted suppliers such as professional photographers, videographers, wedding florists, DJs, or live bands.
Catering
You can fine-tune your wedding menu to perfection according to your taste and our possibilities. The wedding feast can be served as a buffet, outdoor grilling, or a combination of both. The delicacies we have been perfecting since the opening of the ranch will certainly impress you. We also cater for vegans and vegetarians, and if possible, we are happy to accommodate any special requests.
On-site accommodation
You don’t have to worry about accommodation for your guests — they can stay directly with us. This gives you the advantage of having everything in one place, close at hand.
We can accommodate a total of 53 guests on-site. If more capacity is needed, tents or nearby guesthouses can easily be arranged. Not only will everything be conveniently located, but you can also arrive the day before, prepare everything in advance, and enjoy a perfectly smooth wedding day.

Absolutely amazing place!!! Right after our first visit, we knew we wanted to get married here :) The atmosphere, the charm of the location, the everywhere-present combination of massive wood and stone, the fabulous log cabin available even the day before the wedding, the stage for the DJ with a huge dance floor — this is exactly what you want! :)
The new barn reassured us that even if it rained, nothing would be a problem, and the food… simply a fairytale! Just like our entire wedding :) Perfect service from preparations to execution, an amazing coordinator, Ivetka, for whom nothing was a problem, and the owner with a wonderful approach, personally attending every meeting and even helping arrange a motorcycle ride around the ranch right after the ceremony… we still can’t find words when we remember!

On July 12, 2025, we had a beautiful wedding at Ranch Jestřebice 👰♀. After considering and negotiating several locations, the ranch was our third choice, and as they say, third time’s the charm 😃🤔 — and indeed, it was perfect 😊. We couldn’t find a single flaw that would have spoiled our wedding.
From the first contact to planning preparations, everything ran smoothly. All our questions were quickly and kindly answered via our WhatsApp group 😊.
On-site preparations, setting up the venue, choosing decorations, and coordinating with the staff were all exceptional — from the chefs to the waitstaff, everyone continually checked to make sure everything was perfect. 👍 Even in bad weather, the ranch provided amazing comfort and facilities for all guests, including assistance with dinner selection or grilling the day before the wedding.
On the wedding day itself, nothing felt forced. They warmly advised us on buffet choices and what is typically served. Even guests who had previously been to weddings elsewhere had nothing but praise 😊.

On our wedding day, it rained during our outdoor ceremony, but they quickly came up with a beautiful alternative so we stayed dry under cover 😊
